SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL AID

Alma Graduate School invests in its students by offering financial assistance that enables them to begin and pursue their studies without an economic burden.
Participants who enroll in one of the master programs of Alma Graduate School will be able to apply for one of the numerous honor-based scholarships. Participants are also eligible to apply for low-interest and long-term (up to twelve years) student loans.

Why a Master's Program?

We believe that the right education system contributes greatly to the growth of competitiveness of a young professional talent in the labor market. We know that the great economic recession currently requires revising the plans related to professional training. We also think that the specialized knowledge lacks a global view, the correct interpretation of a job role without the right attitude to interpersonal relations, the proper execution of a project without the required dose of creativity, are today the realization of a failure to adapt to a social reality increasingly dynamic and complex. We argue that the right education should provide today the acquisition of specialized skills and the introduction of powerful tools for a personal analytical capacity. We affirm that the identification of the uniqueness of each person and its enhancement today is the key to success. The problem solving skills combined with that of producing new ideas in a context that requires great flexibility corresponds to the gifts of intelligence work required by our contemporary.

Master in Human Resources Management

This program is aimed at training future managers and consultants for the management of company personnel. Participants acquire the skills necessary to oversee the following activities: selection process, personnel training, assessment and development, compensation, administration, internal communication, change management.

Master in Management

The Master in Management is a second-level master's program, designed for students who already have a Laurea Specialistica-Magistrale (5-year Bachelor's Degree). It offers two concentrations: Advanced Services, for graduates with a background in the social sciences and humanities, and Industrial Activities, for graduates with a background in scientific and technological subjects. Two stimulating paths for people who want to invest in their future.
